Noblessa Cuisines Carcassonne

We started the process of considering a new kitchen in July 2022. The planning process was long and magnificently handled by the team at Noblessa, particularly Valentin Siret who was assigned to us. We constantly changed our minds, adding additional items and altering plans but Valentin was patient and accommodating. We finally signed the documents in November 2022 and the installation was completed in March 2023. Our returning guests at Domaine de Nerige are overwhelmed with the exceptional change and are thrilled to use the new space. Our first-time guests are in awe when they see it and many ask who was the supplier and installer. My wife and I decided to remodel our Kitchen after living in our new apartment for 1 year . By this time we knew how we wanted our new kitchen to be. We set out interviewing 3 separate Kitchen companies and were nearly decided on which to hire. Our Bathroom remodeling company Sisca salesman had asked us if we had interviewed Noblessa and indicated that this might be more fitting for us as he knew our tastes in quality. My wife and I stop by Noblessa a few days later prior to going on Holiday and the moment we walked in without speaking to anyone, we knew we had found our place. Our salesman Valentin was so passionate and skilled during our meetings offering nearly endless options made our experience simply effortless and fun. From the time we engaged in contract to scheduling, product delivery, installation it all went perfectly and we were back into our new Kitchen within 16 days. The entire staff, Tiffanie who manage all schedule details, invoices , warranty documents and follow ups and Thomas our installer were simply excellent. We also must mention the Stone-top installers recommended by Noblessa were also outstanding in every way. I see Noblessa thru my eyes at a Luxury Home Builder 50 years in the business. I would only work with Noblessa on all projects in the future.. Thank you Noblessa Team.

I just started my project with excellent advice and amazing conceptual drawings by M. Valentin Siret, and I have really enjoyed the meetings, which have been very collaborative and creative I greatly look forward to see the finished results!
